Dear Friends,
On behalf of the EPF Executive Committee, I would like to congratulate the Organizing team for being awarded the EPF Western European Classic and Equipped Powerlifting Championships that will be held from 13 to 15 of September 2024, in Valletta, Malta.
We are confident that this Championship will be organised on the highest level and that the athletes from the Western European countries will show exciting performance on the Maltese platform!
In conclusion, I want to wish the Organizing Committee, and all the athletes, coaches, and officials all the best for having a successful and exciting Championship!

Do you want to know more about the key elements of the Championship branding?
At Madletiks, our commitment lies in imbuing each event with a distinct identity, seamlessly capturing the essence of the respective sports discipline, all the while paying homage to the rich historical and cultural heritage of the Maltese Islands.
The logo’s design is inspired by the stars featured on the European flag, which displays a circle of twelve gold stars on a blue background.
At the center of the star is a powerlifting barbell, intersecting three points of the star and displaying three distinct colors: yellow, representing the 300 days of sunshine that Malta is renowned for; orange, symbolizing the sunsets visible from the competition venue; and three shades of blue, reflecting the crystal-clear waters surrounding the Maltese archipelago.
To the right of the star, an extract of the EU flag is included, embodying the ideals of unity, solidarity, and harmony among the peoples of Europe.
